- Proactive service monitoring
- Unlimited Internet access
- One fixed WAN IP address with private LAN addresses available through Network Address Translation (NAT); or, a block of 8 IP numbers (5 usable public addresses). Additional blocks of static public IP addresses available for an additional monthly fee, as listed on application form.
- One e-mail account; additional accounts available for a nominal charge
- One UNIX shell account
- 10 MB Web server space at PatriotNet. Domain name hosting for use with email and/or Web sites available for an additional charge
